These Terms govern the use of the Covenox ERP SaaS platform. By subscribing, users agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only, not to reverse-engineer the platform, and not to attempt unauthorized access. Covenox offers Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($149/mo), Max ($399/mo), and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle.com. Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all plans.
Covenox collects registration data (name, email, company) and ERP data entered by users. Data is stored on Supabase (AWS) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We do not sell personal data. Third-party processors include Supabase (database), Paddle.com (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI). Users may request data export or deletion by emailing privacy@covenox.com. Data is retained for 30 days after subscription termination.
Covenox offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). To request a refund, contact support@covenox.com or use the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.com/buyer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
